What a fabulous wedding venue Oaklands is! Their Wedding Fayre yesterday (14th May) was a fantastic event, the sun came out and really showed it off to it’s best, unique potential.
There were photographers, florists, caterers, even an awesome magician and a first-dance teacher. There was also a superb fashion show of bridal gowns that took place on the wedding pavilion over the lake, just beautiful!
We were lucky enough to have a stand in the magical tipi alongside many of the other organisations providing all those exciting bits that go into making a wedding super special.
It was our first big chance to promote our glamping site (the closest accommodation to the venue) and chat to Brides & Grooms planning their weddings just up the road from us.
A great time was had by all and many of the people we met at our stand also popped into the site on their way home to see for themselves what a match made in heaven Kingfisher Lakes and Oaklands is!
