When booking your dream getaway at Kingfisher Lakes, there are a few important details to keep in mind. To secure your reservation, we require a deposit. Don’t worry, this helps us reserve your spot and guarantees your lakeside escape! The remaining balance is due four weeks before your arrival date, making the booking process smooth and hassle-free.
Security Deposit on Lodges:
For our lodges bookings, we have a security deposit policy in place. We’ll reserve a certain amount on your payment card starting from your check-in day and throughout your stay. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure everything goes smoothly, and you can enjoy your time without any worries.
Sorry, no pets:
Unfortunately, we must inform you that we are unable to accommodate pets. The nature of our accommodation and our picturesque location calls for a pet-free environment. But don’t fret; our tranquil surroundings will make you feel at one with nature, and we promise you won’t miss your furry pals too much!
Peaceful Site:
Speaking of tranquility, we have a Peaceful Site Policy that ensures all our guests get the rest they deserve during their stay, especially at night. To create a serene atmosphere for everyone, we kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am. This way, you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and recharge your energy.
Music / Speakers:
To maintain the peaceful ambiance, we do not permit the use of stereos or amplified music at any time. Our location in the serene countryside is a paradise for those seeking relaxation, and the natural sounds are an essential part of the experience. A small radio is provided in the communal glamping kitchen and also in each lodge, we appreciate your respectful use of these.
Sorry, no Groups of Under 21s:
We designed our site to offer a tranquil escape for families and individuals alike, with noise curfews in place to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. Due to this, we cannot accept large groups of people under 21 years old.
