Deposit & Balance Payments:
To secure a booking more than 4 weeks away, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your arrival date.
Security Deposit on Lodges (not Tents):
We’ll reserve an amount of £100-£150 on your payment card the day before you check-in day and throughout your stay.
Sorry, no pets:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. The nature of our accommodation and our picturesque location calls for a pet-free environment.
Peaceful Site:
We have a Peaceful Site Policy, we kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am. This way, you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and recharge your energy.
Music / Speakers:
To maintain the peaceful ambiance, we do not permit the use of stereos or amplified music at any time.
Our location in the serene countryside is a paradise for those seeking relaxation, and the natural sounds are an essential part of the experience.
A small radio is provided in the communal glamping kitchen and also in each lodge, we appreciate your respectful use of these.
Groups & Young Adult Bookings
Kingfisher Lakes is a peaceful, family-friendly site and we ask guests to respect the relaxing environment we aim to create.
For this reason, we cannot accept groups of young adults under 21 years, or bookings of more than two tents (or one tent and one lodge) unless you are booking the whole site (all tents and/or lodges).
This helps us to ensure the communal areas remain calm and enjoyable for everyone.
Wanting more of a gathering?
Full Site Group Bookings
Kingfisher Lakes is the ideal place to have a private get together and have exclusive use of the facilities to yourselves. If your group is wanting more than 2 tents (10 adults max, plus up to 6 children) then why not make it more of a gathering and invite more family & friends along for a full-site hire (which is loads of fun – make it your own with a Large Group Glamping Getaway!).
