What Time Is Check-In/ Check-Out?
On your arrival day, you are welcome anytime from 4pm. On your leaving day, I’m afraid we will have to wave you off at 9.30am, these times have been amended to allow us extra deep cleaning time due to Covid-19.
What are your Covid-19 safety policies?
There will only be up to 7 families on site at any time sharing the facilities . Where possible, we will allocate families to their own loo, shower and sink area within the washrooms.
We ask that just one family at a time uses the kitchen barn area to maintain social distancing.
Kayaks will be hired for the duration of your stay so you will keep them at your tent with all the equipment/lifejackets for your sole use.
Hand sanitisers are provided at all touch points; entrances to washrooms, kitchen area and around the bins.
Our deep cleaning and anti-viral fogging of the tents take extra time on our busy changeover days so please do not arrive before 4pm as we will be unable to welcome you and show you around until after this time.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow any visitors on site, so if you are arranging to meet family or friends during your stay, please do so off site.
